For those who always dreamed of seeing from the inside what is usually seen by wine professionals only, this is a great behind-the-scenes tour.
Travel from Bordeaux to the Harvest Workshops of the Medocaines and enjoy a guided tour dedicated to harvest in two different estates along with the Médocaines, four women winemakers who open their chateaux to the public during harvest time.
During the course of the day you will visit two chateaux, taste the wine at each different stage of their production, and actually create your own blend using different sample of single varietals of Cabernet and Merlot.
This workshop will allow you to acquire or round out your wine knowledge and to develop your taste in a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Saint Emilion

On this day-long excursion travel to one of the world’s most famous vineyard regions, Saint Emilion. The Saint-Emilion vineyards are located in the north-east part of the Gironde department, on hillsides overlooking the Dordogne valley.
Spread across 5 400 ha, this region boasts of no less than 822 winegrowers. Vines grow all around this medieval town and create an unimaginably picturesque scene. Most of the vineyards are family-owned. It is said that the Romans planted vineyards here as early as the 2nd century A.D.
Due to its fascinating Romanesque churches and ruins stretching all along steep and narrow streets and its vineyards, Saint Emilion is also listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
