 | Argentat Aquitaine | A small, green campsite situated beside the Dordogne, a perfect choice for an active holiday. The name of camping L'Echo du Malpas came about because the river flows very quickly here and so it was a difficult passage for the barges, hence the name 'mal pas'. There's a lovely swimming pool with waterslide and a snackbar close by. Argentat is just a twenty minute walk away and has good restaurants. Canoes can be rented at the campsite. The campsite organises nice trips like walking tours and sometimes an excursion to hunt for gold. Archery and mountain biking are also possible. |
